Each project team will produce guidelines.  These will include coding standards and process standards.  All contributors will be expected to follow these guidelines to ensure the success of this project.  We will publish the guidelines here as they are prepared.

How will this project work?

1. Volunteers contact the project leads
2. Teams work together to complete tasks according to the requirements
3. Team Leads work with project leads to determine what is accepted.  Standards will be provide through guidelines from each team so everyone knows what is expected.
4. Management team releases everything that has passed the QA team
5. Once the published requirements are met the project is considered version complete.  As we progress new requirements will get moved to future versions so that everyone knows and can plan for the specific versions.

Final decision making falls to Cory Isakson and Emmanuele De Andreis as the project Managers.  We strive for open mindedness and doubt there will be much need for top level decisions.  If you agree with the vision then you also agree to work in the open with the teams.
