Sites for this project refer to web sites. In the past we have referred only to Portals as sites, but portals will be considered independently of the concept of the basic web site. A site can be on its own domain or it can be a subfolder on a domain. All pages and content for a given web site are withing the site scope. Sites function as the root of all conent, security and features of a web presence and its applications.
