If you would like to host an event online or in person please visit the Add Event page and let us know. If it is possible stream the event. Windows Media Encoder is free and you can stream straight from any PC or laptop. If you can record the stream please do so.
This web site and the main Rainbow Portal site are both great ways to keep up with the community, but they are time delayed and somewhat impersonal. The best conversations, debates, and community participation happens at Rainbow events. The first in person event happend in London on January 20th, 2004. In this events section of the site we will list upcoming opportunites to network together with other Rainbow developers both in person and online. On Tuesday February 10th a meeting was held in Boise, Idaho to kick off v.Next. 8 developers met for nearly 6 hours. The meeting was broadcast to a few interested developers outside of Boise. These and other events are examples of what will become standard practice among community members. We look forward to meeting you at as many events as you can partipate in.
